A Shout Out to Aced Poker Support
The folks on the Aced.com support team deserve a little bit of recognition here. I got an email about some pretty sweet changes at Aced tonight. They are re-structuring their rewards system to make things much juicier and I had a few questions to ask them.
Rather than send an email to support and wait 3 days for a response I just jumped onto their website where they have a live chat function. Obviously I already knew about the chat feature, but it just never occurred to me how much I hate dealing with support emails. I’ve had some epic issues that took upwards of 15-20 emails to resolve with rooms like Full Tilt.
Anyway, it was a real luxury being able to just jump into the chat box to deal with this so kudos to the folks over at Aced.com. It’s been about a year since I had any trouble withdrawing money from a poker site, but having this funciton in place makes me feel a lot better about things. Nobody likes having to wait days at a time just to get an answer from the support staff.
