Rocky Mountain Poker
I have recently moved to Colorado and I must admit that the poker scene is pretty weak here. There are a few casinos down in Blackhawk on the indian reservation but I haven’t even ventured down that way yet. My housemates’ description of the action down there is a little bit disheartening.
There is not a lot of poker games here in Summit County where I live, we mostly just play online poker and wait for ski season around here. The snow has started to fall and we even got a few turns in when Arapahoe Basin opened recently… but winter is still yet to come.
I know I know, not a lot of blogging around here lately. Things are busy all over but the blog has not been forgotten. Since it looks like I will be playing a lot more online poker in the months to come I’m sure I will find more inspiration to blog here as well. I’m just trying to avoid the online casinos (where I have spent a ton of time lately) – even though I have been winning.
I know there is a few home games running around Summit County as well. If I have any blog readers around this area feel free to give me a shout out
